K & K PROPERTY MANANGEMENT,INC. was founded by sisters Kathy Hatcher and Kim DeCarlo February in 2005 Our goal is to provide highly professional and responsive property management services throughout Santa Clara County.

K & K PROPERTY MAMAGEMENT INC. works hard to protect the owners investment and ensure that the tenants need are met. We have built a reliable team of contractors,tradesmen, handymen to respond quickly to any emergency or repair needed.

Kathy previously worked in Real Estate Sales and property management and Kim has many years of office management and maintenance/repairs experience for Real estate and property management firms. They have a combined experience of over 50 years in property management.
